Some of My Favorite Photos

This is one of my favorite photos that was taken while I was in Europe summer of 2006. This fountain is legendary: It is extremely old - in other words I don't know the exact date of when it was made but the buildings around it were several hundred years old. It is said that if you drink out of the 7 spouts you will get married with in one year of drinking it and when you do get married, you have to come back and walk up the steps on your knees before you die, I don't remember why, lets just say you die. You probably could die of some bacteria from drinking the water from it. Well we all drank out of it...all 7 of them. I did it out of spite. I wanted to prove it wrong. It was just a really funny afternoon, maybe it was one of those: You had to be there things. It is still a great picture though.

Starting a Blog

Let me finish before you start laughing at me. I was sitting in my "blogging as a social force" class when I learned that by the end of the semester we have to have a blog...a real one. So after kicking myself for taking some of the classes that for some reason I thought would be easy, I decided to keep this blogging class, who knows? I could become a world famous blogger (you may laugh a little bit now. Also since my parents decided to torture me my senior year and move back to the land of ice and snow (Utah) I can't keep my pals in California updated on my mundane life as a Utard (you can really laugh at that one...I won't mind). I have nothing against Utah or Utards (I just like that nickname, it has a nice ring to it)...just the ice and snow and when it is over 85 in the summer... o and the bad drivers that seem to all drive in this state, this especially includes the ones just visiting from Idaho and Wyoming, don't pretend to not understand what I'm talking about. I also don't like people that drive a Prius...no matter what state they are from (if you recently bought one I might be willing to over look this and remain friends with you but I won't be asking you for a ride any time soon). Sorry about that tangent, but I have a blog now so I can keep you updated on the fast times as a University of Utah student... I think that is an oxymoron - Fast times...University of Utah... could be.
